Need Volunteers to help with Eid al-Fitr 2018 arrangements

Dear Community Members -
Alhamdulillah, Masjid Al-Nur will be joining the local area Masajid to offer Eid al-Fitr 2018 Salah at the Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg, either on Friday, June 15 or Saturday, June 16, insha'Allah.
We need volunteers to help make this event a better one insha'Allah.
We primarily need brothers for pre-event and post-event setup and activities.
Pre-event help includes,
• Volunteer to be a part of the parking team
• Volunteer to be a part of the inside team to help usher people
Post-event help includes,
• cleanup the tarp for any debris
• roll the tarp, carpet, and padding
• loading media equipment
• pack-up the audio equipment etc.
We will need a few sister volunteers during the event to usher people, maintain the noise levels, maintain the partition and in general help.
These are just high-level activities but there's always a need for some help during the daytime on Eid day till the Salah is over. If you can volunteer please signup (using the app, website, or there's a sign-up sheet at the Masjid as well) so we know who we can count on Insha'Allah.
