Alhamdhulillah, Masjid Al-Nur is happy to announce a weekdays evening program for the community

Starting from Wednesday, September 7th, 2016. This school will be two days a week on every Monday and Wednesday 6:00 PM to 08:30 PM Inshallah.

This program has three classes:

• Quran Memorization : Hafiz Ahmed Kariye/Br Abdul Nasr
• Arabic reading and writing –Br Mohammed Khad
• Islamic Studies – Br Abdul Raheem

Interested parents will have choice to enroll their children for full registration that include all three classes OR  only Islamic studies class which will be held on school days 7:45PM -08:30PM.

Classes Begin: Wednesday, September 7th, 2016

Enrollment is open now. There are total 30 seats open on first come first served basis for full registration. Islamic Studies class will have more openings.

Eligibility: Children 5 years of age and older are eligible for this school.

• Monday 6:00 – 8:30 pm
• Wednesday: 6:00 – 8:30 pm

This program  will be led and run by Imam Hafiz Abdullahi. He memorized the Qur’an at the young age of ten in Somalia. Before coming to USA he was the Imam of Masjid in Libya for eight years.

• He has Ijazah in Quran recitation, Hifz and teaching Quran from Measarawy Institute, Egypt.
• He has a second Ijazah in Hafs ‘an ‘Aasim from Sheikh Sayed Fathy Al-Said Al-Azhari from Egypt who received an Ijazah in the ten styles of recitation of the narration of Tayyibah.

The program has added the services of Hafiz Ahmed Kariye  to teach Qur’an to the kids. He memorized the Qur’an at the age of 14 yrs, Since then he has been leading taraweeh for 20 years and taught Quran at the AlHuda school for last 4 years.
